1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

• You received a damaged or defective product
• You received a wrong item
• The product is missing parts or incomplete

📌 Important:

• Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original condition with packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the spiritual and hygienic nature of Tulsi products, the following are not eligible for return:

• Used or worn malas, bracelets, or earrings
• Customized or personalized products
• Items purchased during special clearance or sale (if mentioned)

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Amount will be credited to your:
  • Original payment method OR
  • Bank account / UPI (for COD orders)

4. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you can request:

• Free replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

5. Return Shipping

• If the issue is from our side (damage/wrong product),
  ✅ We will bear the return shipping cost
• In other cases,
  ❌ Customer may need to bear shipping charges

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
